1. Pre-Order Reservation
a. Pre-Order: By placing a pre-order on our website, you are making a reservation for a product that is not currently in stock or available for immediate delivery. You will be charged at the time of placing your pre-order.
b. Payment: Payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order. The pre-order price is the total price of the item and includes any applicable shipping fees.
c. Estimated Delivery Date: The estimated delivery date for pre-ordered items will be indicated on the product page at the time of your pre-order. Please note that this is an estimate and may be subject to change. We will make every effort to meet this delivery date but do not guarantee it.
d. Changes/cancellations: You are unable to make any changes or cancel your order once it has gone through.
e. Shipping: Pre-ordered items will be shipped as soon as they are available. Shipping times may vary based on the product and other factors.
2. Shipping and Taxes
a. Shipping: We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. Please note that we do not assume responsibility for any taxes or customs duties associated with international shipments. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Returns and Refunds
a. Returns: Due to the nature of our business, with all items being made to order, you cannot return your item unless it is faulty. Please carefully check size measurements before buying.
If your garment is faulty, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must not be worn, washed or altered in any way.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
We aim to refund you within 10 working days of having received the returned item.
All refunds will be issued back to the same payment method you used to purchase the items.
Please note shipping is not refunded.
Please ensure, you obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to 14 44. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
Please note, we reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy.
